Kulic has been a university professor, scientist and researcher in the field of philosophy, political science, economics, law and sociology - a synthesist. More than 30 years of expert contribution / opinion in controversial issues on national and international courts (forensic expertise). Prof. Kulic supports the globalization of humanism instead of the globalization of violence; horizontal instead of vertical structure of civilization; advocates a system of eco-centric values ​​instead of an anthropocentric system of values; for differentiated growth and organic development, instead of undifferentiated and homogeneous growth (violence); for unlimited knowledge and science as an institution of critical experience as opposed to three contemporary, but not valid human ways of thinking (creationism, evolutionism, scientism).
