Rosemary essential oil for learning, concentration and focus

Do you know where the custom of wearing a sprig of rosemary on your chest at weddings comes from, so that you can inhale its scent? From ancient times the people know that rosemary stimulates memory. At a wedding, it serves to remember well the act of promising to walk through life together, so when life squeezes with all its charms, except the marriage document, the rosemary is the one that keeps in mind that we promised ourselves on that adventure.
Records of rosemary use throughout history can be found from the Egyptian pyramids to the very popular water of the Hungarian queen, which helped the queen rejuvenate, strengthen, and reduce rheumatic pains.
Rosemary essential oil improves memory, puts us back in focus, strengthens endurance and raises body energy. It is wise to use it in all mental and physical endeavours. It increases circulation and relieves rheumatic pain.
In offices, it can be used in desk diffusers to support all cognitive activities, e.g. learning and decision making. The combination of rosemary and lemon essential oil, in addition to refreshing and disinfecting the air in the room, will create a pleasant atmosphere for work, and inhaling the essential oil molecules will make us less tired and better focused on work. It is sufficient to put 5 to 6 drops of oil in the diffuser. Before presentations and in situations when we have to concentrate hard to present information clearly and meaningfully and keep the attention of a large number of people, the help of rosemary oil is also welcome. Then it is enough to make a dry inhalation by putting two drops of rosemary on a handkerchief and inhaling for a few minutes.
A morning shower with rosemary body wash lotion makes us more prepared for a busy day, especially after sleepless nights. Rosemary lifts and awakens, providing a clear mind. Prolonged, strenuous car rides with rosemary oil become easier to bear because rosemary wakes up, it is enough to drop 3 to 4 drops of the essential oil on a handkerchief and keep in the car. Rosemary oil raises blood pressure, and people with high blood pressure need to use it with caution, it means no more than two drops in dry inhalation. On the contrary, it is a great help for low blood pressure people, especially during high temperature season, which is difficult to tolerate for people with low blood pressure (e.g. dizziness). In that case, two to three drops of rosemary on a handkerchief to inhale will help to pass the feeling of dizziness.
Numerous modern studies confirm that aromatherapy and the proper use of pure essential oils greatly impact the human body. Based on their research, Epple and Herz (1999) prove that the repeated presence of an odour that has been associated with good performance in previous situations, e.g. on cognitive-type tests, creates a prerequisite for the same or even higher level of performance. Therefore, I would recommend studying and preparing for mental effort with rosemary oil, and bz inhaling rosemary again before the exam, the memory will be activated and will bring good results.
I encourage you to re-learn and accept the old knowledge about the plant world's compatibility and man. Essential oils and aromatherapy are one of the ways we can still use nature, plants and old knowledge of our ancestors in our offices, apartments - far from the nature.
Fragrant greetings,
